Delete your account

Permanently delete your Tailmates account and all of your data.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, login, and account.
  • Your dogs and their longevity scores.
  • All walks, activity, goals, streaks, and points.
  • Your posts, photos, comments, and social connections.
  • Your bloodwork records, including any uploaded lab PDFs (health data).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes only your own account. Anyone who co-owns a dog with you keeps their own access. If you have an active Tailmates+ subscription, cancel it separately in Google Play or the App Store. Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. transaction records), and backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.

How to delete your account

Option 1, do it yourself: sign in with the email on your account, then return here (or open Settings) to delete it instantly.

Option 2, ask us: email privacy@tailmates.io from your account’s email address. We’ll verify and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.
