Copyright policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This policy is part of our Terms of Service, section 3A.
Sending a notice
We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe an episode, show, or artwork on Tailmates infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a written notice that includes: your physical or electronic signature; the work you say is infringed; the link to the material on Tailmates; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Our designated agent
Designated agent: Copyright ManagerTailmates, Inc.
6421 N Florida Ave, D-636, Tampa, FL 33604
Email: copyright@tailmates.io
Phone: (512) 987-7876
If your material was removed
We remove the material, tell the host, and send them a copy of the notice. If you are the host and believe we removed your material by mistake or because it was misidentified, you can send the agent a counter-notice: your signature; the material removed and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where Tailmates may be found) and to accept service from the person who sent the notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive a valid counter-notice, unless the sender tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We end the hosting of anyone who repeatedly infringes. Three valid notices that a host does not successfully counter, within any 12 months, end that account’s ability to publish, and may end the account.
