Starting a group and hosting walks is free.
Do people need to live near me?
No. Meet in person, or walk at the same time from your own streets, with one roster and one chat.
Do members need the app?
To walk with the group, yes. Tailmates is free on iPhone and Android.
Can a vet clinic host?
Yes. A clinic hosts walks like any group. Tailmates for vets covers the rest.
Who can see my group?
You choose. Public groups appear in discovery and anyone can join. Invite only and private groups need an invitation.
Can I talk to everyone on the walk?
Yes. Live voice lets you talk while you walk, and you choose who speaks.
