Compliant by construction

Payouts are fair-market-value, fee-schedule only — enforced in the database, never a referral bounty or supplement split. State VCPR and telehealth rules are respected. You sign off within an established relationship.

Fair-market value. Never a kickback.

The line we will not cross: a payout is for clinical work you actually did, at fair-market value, on a published fee schedule. It is never a referral bounty and never a cut of a product sale. That rule is enforced in our database, not just our policy.
